Senior Manager Parts and Service (Heavy Equipment)
Some highlights of what we require in the desired fit:
-Based in Southern Ontario between Greater Toronto and Greater London.
-Able to travel up to 30% regionally to visit branches monthly or semi-monthly (has valid passport)
-Person who can sell. Sell to customers, sell to suppliers, sell to employees.
-Team oriented and receptive leader people can rally around, but who also holds people accountable.
-Person who is creative and strategic in how they drive the business.
-Person who can build the team, lead the team, work with all different kinds of people.
-Great multi-tasker who can handle a wide range of responsibility. Must be organized and able to prioritize, able to handle stress and demands of overseeing a multi-location parts and service department.
-Candidate who has had full P&L responsibility in previous roles.
-No micromanagers, no bad attitudes. A-type personalities are fine, but no hard heads or hot tempers.

-7-10 years of parts/service leadership in a heavy equipment dealership or related business model
(construction, agricultural heavy equipment sector is preferred)
-Clean driver’s abstract
-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
-Residing in Southern Ontario preferably between Barrie and London
-Able to travel regionally up to 30%
