We are looking for someone comfortable with face time with the customer, following up on issues and going out and selling service department and offerings.
There are a lot of potential customers in the area that we expect the Service Manager would go out and talk to, liason with, and build relationships with.
We need someone with a sense of urgency.
Also, someone who can engage and motive the team, not someone who is level conscious, but someone who can relate to the team, support them. Demonstrate the company values in strong leadership.
The earning potential is 105-110k range plus relocation, benefits, pension plan.
