Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced professional sawfiler, ideally with a bench ticket, from the forest products industry to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. Excellent wage, benefits, and pension with a highly stable work environment. Duties will include:

-Executing repairs and maintenance on saw machinery

-Supporting production through breakdown and preventative maintenance activities

-Sharpen, level, tension, tip saws

-Calibrate and inspect equipment

-Work well in a team environment with a keen eye for detail in regards to saw maintenance

Company will offer relocation financial assistance for anyone experienced in the industry on a case by case basis.

Required Qualifications :

-5 plus years saw filer experience

-Bench ticket preferred

-Flexibility to work different schedules is an asset

-Available for full-time employment in Lower Mainland area of British Columbia

-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
