We are seeking experience, Red Seal millwrights with good communication skills and professional demeanors for a client in the South Vancouver/Richmond area. The millwrights will work Monday - Friday days to ensure the facility and equipment are in safe, operational order at all times via a combination of preventative & predictive maintenance and breakdown response. They will troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain or repair/replace equipment as necessary, ensuring all work orders are completed to spec & documentation logged accordingly. Equipment primarily includes, but is not limited to, material handling/conveying systems, HVAC, pumping systems, lab ventilation, and steam distribution machinery/plants.

 

Qualified candidates will posses a Red Seal millwright trade qualification along with a few years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience. Candidates must have familiarity with building systems & their maintenance and be able to install and commission new HVAC equipment as needed. Candidates with strong welding, fabricating, and/or maching skills will be prioritized.
