Receptionist/ Admin Assistant

Job Description :
We are looking for a full-time receptionist/ admin assistant.

 

Industrial company in Tilbury area of Delta, BC.

 

Very nice people, very reputable company, people are professional and treat each other with respect.

 

Duties include:

 

-Answering calls to main office line and managing phone system

-Greeting incoming visitors and dealing with post/courier deliveries

-Distributing company mail to appropriate personnel and address

-Managing office supplies

-Helping to organize company events

-Basic accounting including AP/AR and assisting with month end financials

 

Great opportunity to apply administrative and customer service skills while building some further experience in accounting/finance.

 

There will be a salary, benefits, and allotted time off.  Mon-Fri, regular business hours.

Required Qualifications :
-Prior receptionist/ office admin experience 

-Good computer skills

-Some experience with basic accounting is an asset

-Friendly, positive attitude

-Reliable and dependable

-Clear verbal and written English skills
