Are you an experienced Operations or Quality Manager looking to advance your career with a fun, innovative, and rapidly growing manufacturer? 


We are seeking talented operations and quality professionals to lead Lean initiatives and continuously improve the creation and delivery of value to our client's customers. This person will be responsible for planning and supervising inspection activities for all business units, supervise the use of staff, physical space, equipment, tools, and technology to achieve results.

The Operations Manager will collaborate in the development of Lean vision and values, participate in Lean assessments and strategic plans, identify gaps, drive improvement initiatatives, and coordinate Lean management review meetings. They will also lead Kaizen (continuous improvement) and Kaikaku (radical improvement) efforts continually to enhance customer value and company agility, support and drive “on-the-floor” engagement of staff in lean efforts, and beyond.

This person will be absolutely critical in driving Operational Excellence for the company, and will be an integral member of their management team.

Required Qualifications :

  • Degree or diploma in Operations or Quality Management

  • Lean Blackbelt Certification

  • Professional Scrum Master I Certification

  • Minimum Class 5 Driver’s License (with acceptable Driver’s Abstract) and access to an insured vehicle

  • Ability to travel internationally as required (Passport without travel restrictions)

  • Minimum of ten years of progressive production and/or Quality experience in manufacturing settings

  • Five years in a supervisory/leadership role

  • Must have demonstrable experience driving safety, quality, and productivity results
