Project Manager ($85,000 to $95,000)

Brampton, ON

 

A leading multinational packaging solutions provider is seeking a highly motivated and 

results-oriented Project Manager to join their dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of complex packaging line projects from post-sale through to completion. You will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage all aspects of post-sales projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

  • Collaborate with customers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, technicians, and suppliers.

  • Ensure project adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Resolve project issues and address customer concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.


Required Qualifications :

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the packaging industry.

  • Proven experience managing complex projects with tight deadlines and budgets.

  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of packaging equipment and processes.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).

  • Bilingualism in French is a strong asset.

  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
