Job Description :

We have an opportunity for a high character, motivated, quick learner looking for a positive, team oriented work environment.


 


The parts representative will join a team of 4 and help fulfill growth in the business. They will have good inventory skills, a strong grasp of shipping and receiving, and be very comfortable working in a customer driven environment. The successful candidate should have a demonstrated knowledge of agricultural and farm equipment (combines, tractors, seeders, sprayers). You should also be computer savvy.  


 


Duties include: 




-Inventory stock management.


-Order parts for service dept.


-Answer to customer's request at counter, phone, fax or email.


-Perform periodic inventories & do the correction on internal system.


-Look for supplying alternatives (new and used parts).


-Negotiate with carriers, brokers & customs. 


-Prepare sales & purchase report for branch.


-Follow up on back order with vendors . 


-Perform claims for parts on warranty.


-Other related tasks


 


65-75k salary with additional 5k per year available with incentives, also extended benefit plan and room for advancement.

Required Qualifications :
-Demonstrated knowledge of farm and agricultural equipment and components

-Prior experience in parts counter, technician, or sales role


-Ability to understand inventory, shipping/receiving


-Customer service oriented attitude


-Team player 


-Good interpersonal and communication skills


-Quick learner and person interested in ongoing training and development


-Computer savvy 


-Legally entitled to work in Canada
