Maintenance Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced maintenance leader from the heavy industrial manufacturing sector.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach and be comfortable on the floor and in the office. 

Duties include:

-Leading and developing trades people (especially millwrights)

-Executing new equipment installations and machinery rebuilds

-Working within a CMMS system

-Managing a team completing both preventative and predictive maintenance

-Taking overall responsibility for equipment and machinery troubleshooting and optimization activities

-7-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in the heavy industrial sector

-Experience in lumber manufacturing or sawmill operations

-Red seal millwright is preferred

-Strong leader comfortable being hands on

-Strong people management, project management, and mechanical aptitude
