Job Description :

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to help facilitate growth in production.

The successful candidate will work a full-time day schedule Mon-Fri and be responsible to implement a CMMS system.

To be a fit, you should have the following abilities:

-Experience implementing a successful CMMS program

-Maintenance leadership background in a fast growth manufacturing environment

-Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation skills

Required Qualifications :

-Strong mechanical, electrical, automation background

-Highly organized and good at communicating

-Thick skinned and able to deal with pressure and stress

-Experienced in high speed packaging, pulp and paper, automotive, or other related field in heavy industrial manufacturing

-Previous maintenance management or leadership in experience in manufacturing
