Maintenance Lead Hand Injection Moulding $50/hr

We are now seeking talented Red Seal Millwrights or Electricians with strong leadership skills for an industry-leading manufacturer in Guelph, Ontario. This is a straight nights opportunity to start, offering $45-50/hr.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled multi-trade team in ongoing maintenance efforts at a state-of-the-art production facility. The successful candidate will provide training, guidance & performance management, allocate manpower & resources, implement and enforce measures to drive continuous improvement, and promote a strong safety culture in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment. 

 

Eligible candidates will be licensed millwrights with strong knowledge of and experience working with a variety of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Previous leadership/supervisory experience is desirable, but not required - candidates who present the right aptitude, can lead by example and emphasize training and mentorship are very desirable. 

 

This is a very lucrative opportunity for the right person, offering between $45 and $50/hr for steady days Monday - Friday.
