We are looking to add a dedicated Generator Technician to the field service team in the Greater Toronto region of Ontario. This dynamic full-time position offers a take-home truck and cell phone, extensive opportunity for paid overtime, and a great compensation package. Hands-on training is available for a less experienced candidate. Someone with experience in a related field looking to make the transition into a power generation career as a technician could be a strong fit. Here is what you bring to the table:

Experience with heavy equipment is an asset

Experience in an automotive environment is an asset

Experience as a millwright is an asset

Experience in power generation is an asset

Mechanical aptitude

Experience working as a field technician

Strong communication skills

Experience in a customer-facing role

Required Qualifications :

-Prior experience as Generator Technician preferred

-5 years of experience as a mechanic preferred. Licensed or apprentice millwrights (433a) or mechanics (310J, 310T, 421A, 425A, or related ticket) welcome to apply

-Interest in power generation field

-Positive attitude, willing to learn, reliable, hard working

-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada (no sponsorship offered currently)

-Valid driver's license
