Field Service Technician
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer facing field service technician. You will be detail oriented, communicate well and technically sound. The position involves troubleshooting, repairing and installation of the company’s own machinery and to a lesser extent 3rd party equipment.
The position involves travel up to 80% of the time with the majority (70 to 80%) focused in Ontario while occasional travel to other provinces may be required dependent on business requirements. Normal business hours are 8am to 5pm but your schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate sales team and customer schedules outside of these hours. Candidates who come from a food packaging or manufacturing background with experience in thermoforming will be the best fit; however if you can demonstrate strong electrical or millwright experience in a similar role or industry you’ll be considered as well.
