Job Description :

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a highly successful company going through a period of fast growth and major success.


 


The company is in the business of designing, installing, and servicing specialized machinery within the manufacturing sector.


 


Within this role, you will work in a hybrid model (3 days in Richmond office, 2 days from home).


 


You will have some exposure to SAP, and ideally have worked in an industrial company before.


 


The position requires an interest in working with manufacturing companies and handling inbound calls from customers.  You will work as a customer service rep and administrative expert in support of the after service activities of the company.

Required Qualifications :

-Exposure to SAP


-Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in Richmond office, 2 days at home).  M-F 8am-5pm.


-Interest in handling inbound calls and interacting daily with customers and internal technicians


-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work confidently in verbal and written English


-Computer literacy and ability to input data into system


-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada


-2 Covid vaccinations


-Ability to pass a background check
