Customer Care Administrator
We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a multinational company with strong financials and impressive stability in the manufacturing sector.
This company is a leader in designing, installing, and servicing specialized machinery—and they’re looking for someone who’s ready to support their customers with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
In this hybrid role (3 days in the Richmond office, 2 days from home), you’ll be the go-to person for inbound customer calls, coordinating service requests, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll collaborate closely with technicians and internal teams, ensuring top-tier support throughout the after-service process.
If you’ve worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment and have some familiarity with SAP, that’s a big plus. More importantly, you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and connecting with people.

What you'll need to succeed:

Exposure to SAP

Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm in a hybrid model (3 days on-site in Richmond, 2 days remote)

An interest in customer service and working closely with both clients and technicians

Strong communication skills in verbal and written English

Confidence using computers and inputting data accurately

Legal entitlement to work in Canada

Proof of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
