Job Description :

A property management company in Vancouver is looking for a Building Operator to join their maintenance team to perform facility inspections, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repairs of all operating equipment in the building and grounds.

Required Qualifications :

You will:

Have 5+ years of building maintenance experience

Hold a Power Engineer certificate

Have an Electrical or HVAC license (or be an apprentice)

Have a clean and valid driver’s license

Have strong communication and customer facing skills

Be a good multi-tasker and team player along with a calm demeanour
