Job Description :

We are seeking a heavy duty mechanic to work in the field servicing equipment at job sites around Toronto, Ontario.

You will be working independently out of a company provided service truck performing repairs on heavy duty construction equipment. You must be experienced with electrical, hydraulic systems and have good diagnosis and repair skills. You need to have a clean driver's license and 421A or red seal license. You must have good communication skills and ability to properly handle customer relationships.

Benefits and RRSP matching are offered after the completion of probation. Hourly wages are competitive and commensurate with experience. Successful applicants will demonstrate a combination of mechanical ability and winning attitude/work ethic.

Required Qualifications :

-Valid driver's license and ability to operate service vehicle

-Well developed diagnosis and troubleshooting skills

-Familiarity with latest diagnostic software an asset

-Good time management skills

-Ability to work as part of a team

-Experience repairing, servicing, maintaining heavy construction machinery

-421A or red seal heavy equipment technician is mandatory

-Must be legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
