Heavy Duty Mechanic Dealership Trainer
We are currently looking for a trainer to join the learning and development team. The incoming candidate will have the opportunity to leverage their technical training background to help prosper learning and skills within current and upcoming generations of heavy duty mechanics. We are looking for someone who is highly interactive with students, a person with charisma and credibility who can help generate maximum learning in key aspects of the trade, particular emphasis on hydraulics and electrical competency. Key aspects of the role:
-Designing programs for the purpose of training on best practices with heavy machinery repair and maintenance. This will include writing modules, teaching students, facilitating interactive training, administering and grading examinations, and providing ongoing evaluation of students.
-Engaging management and technicians into the program, and scheduling time around work priorities for the completion of training.
-Working with executive to understand learning needs in relation to company objectives
-Completing ongoing training to ensure product and service knowledge within current technology and best practices of industry is contemporary.
